Dal Fry Masala :

Ingredients Required                 Quantity and Preprartion

  • Pigeon Pea (Toordal)       :          2 ½ Tbs.
  • Green Gram (Mungdal)     :          2 ½ Tbs.
  • Black Gram (Udaddal)      :          1 ½ Tbs.
  • Chanadal                      :          1 ½ Tbs.
  • Whole Cumin                 :          1 Tbs.
  • Tomato                        :          2 medium size
  • Onion                          :          3 medium size
  • Garlic                          :          10 to 12 pcs.
  • Ginger                         :          1 pcx. medium size

Recipe for Dal Fry :

  • Boil all mix grams with 2 glass of water in pressure cook for 2 whistle and keep aside.
  • Finally, Heat 100 gms Oil in pan. Add cumin fry fro 2 min. now add crushed tomato, onion, garlic, ginger fry tiII golden brown colour than add 1 pkt. SHREEJI DAL FRY MASALA & boil gram. Cook further 4 to 5 minutes, garnished and serve hot with Jeera Rice. 

Ingredients : Coriander, Red Chilli, Star Aniseed, Big Cardamom, Fenugreek leaves, Mint Leaves, Cumine, Turmeric, Black Salt, Shuf, Kadhi Patta, Citric Acid Sugar & Iodised salt.
